Indian MSME’s have been using traditional accounting software which have inherent limitations in terms of handling multi-state operations, defining revenue control areas, cost of consumption, multi-currency, sales person, multiple sales / purchase price lists, International business transactions, effective inventory management, Quality Control and Fixed Assets, etc. Further availability of in depth MIS is a challenge. Traditional accounting software have limitations when it comes to massive data management. Traditional accounting software users are also dependent on other legacy / add on software to handle their other requirements such as Inventory Management, Sales Invoices, Fixed Assets, E-way Bill, E-invoice, GSTR1 Returns, TDS Returns, MIS reporting and so on. Some of Mid and Large MSME’s are using or aspiring to use International ERP’s. Such software’s come with huge direct and indirect cost such as licensing, Server costs, implementation cost and huge overheads in terms of ERP support fees, high cost of in house IT Team and other IT infra cost etc. Further, even these ERP’s also have to be upgraded periodically and with additional cost, for implementing changes such as E-invoice, E-way Bill, MIS reporting, GSTR filing and Order booking etc. Overall cost of maintaining ERP’s are significant if compared to the revenue and profitability of the company. Konark IT ERP is designed and developed to address a large number of shortcomings / challenges in traditional software and high cost of running International ERPs. The Konark IT ERP effectively addresses all the issues highlighted above. Not only addressing it, but addressing it effectively, taking into consideration the needs of the Indian business environment, Industry, and a user’s ease of use and affordability. Konark IT ERP has a scalable design architecture, and ability to connect with any other software solution with its inbuilt API, This solution addresses majority of the business requirements of Accounting, compliance such as multi-currency, Multi State, Revenue Control Area, Fixed Assets, DMS, TDS, TCS, GST Compliance and so on. Konark IT ERP’s strength lies in its in-depth data analysis of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Outstanding, Margin, Expenses, Collection, Sales Performance and Taxes. The company plans to approach the market directly through its Sales Team for Konark IT ERP. To scale up operations the company has plans to appoint Sales Partners and implementation Partners pan India. Sales Partners and Implementation partners will work as per the policies laid out from time to time and under the direct and indirect supervision of the Company. All billings to customers will be directly from the company. Sales Partner and Implementation Partners will be adequately remunerated by a combination of Sales Commission and Incentive structure. The company see huge opportunity in government sector for Konark IT ERP. The ERP for government sector will be designed developed on same platform of Industrial Konark IT ERP. The Company will approach government sector bidding through GeM Portal. The Company will Market the solution through Social Media, Digital Media, Magazine, Direct Sales, Partner Channel and Reference Program. The Company will also post regular Training Videos on Company YouTube channel for the Konark IT ERP community. The company will also have a web based Konark IT ERP community to discuss, interact and exchange knowledge of Konark IT ERP.
