Kratos Foods Pvt Ltd Products based in Ahmedabad is into Manufacturing, Marketing, Branding, Distribution of chocolates, confectioneries and other food & FMCG products We have brand in India under the name Socranos and Banter (under Kratos Foods Pvt Ltd) which contains a wide range of chocolate truffles, chocolate bars and toffees, We have adopted a asset light strategy under which we are out-sourcing the hard core capital intensive infrastructure with third party manufacturers but technology, Product development and Quality control part is provided by us to them to produce one of the finest quality of products. We believe in innovation, We have collaborated with best R&D facilities in india and Germany for Product development and technical knowhow, We strongly feel there is a huge gap in providing in F&B sector and we want to capitalise the same by tapping the market with unique products either by taste, flavours, offerings or packaging to give better options to 135 crore population of India, We have in-house team of researchers who have adopted customer centric approach to deliver the products which are unavailable in the market and have potential to become a market leader by unique offerings Our core team has experience across marketing, Sales, HR, Finance and Supply chain management, We have a stalwart team of more than 50 sales persons and a strong network of super-stockist and distributors. To further increase our reach, we would be leveraging our distribution network by deploying 150+ in Sales staff by next 1 year for covering western part of the country. Our ware housing location spread across Bhiwandi and Ahmedabad (Gujarat) helps us to deliver on time and ensures best possible supply chain management. About Directors Viral Bakhai handles operations and product, brand strategy and finance, He has done his Masters (MBA) from NMIMS University, Mumbai on Entrepreneurship, His Intense knowledge on Entrepreneurship & Business management has resulted into a very well developed business plan and execution resulting into success of the startup, His has worked with multi-nationals in his field and has handy insights of how brand development works and how Logistics plays an important role in the business F&B Siddharth Bakhai is actively involved in the business activity since the inception of the company, He handles Sales, Marketing, Industrial deals and Operations of the company , He has more than 12 years of experience in FMCG sales and supply chain management, He has worked with small to large FMCG companies and has successfully launched new products as a Super stockist for specific territories, his Knowledge and experience is Asset for the company Abhijeet Adatia is involved in the key decision of the company and brings unique perspective and vision to the company, His vision with the company is to become a innovation machine focusing on offerings which are unavailable in the market and take calculated risks, After completing his masters at the University of Warwick, UK in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and short courses from Harvard University and University of California, Berkeley he is involved in other ventures aswell apart from Kratos foods pvt ltd
