It focusses on precision farming solutions, agriculture value chain, digital and sustainable solutions for efficiency and resilience in agricultural sector. India has world’s highest population of Livestock. More than 80 million population are engaged in dairy business. As per the report of Nation academy of agriculture sciences, New Delhi. India is currently facing acute shortage of 64.21% in supply of green fodder. Only 4% of land devoted to fodder production against requirement of 10-14 percent of land. AgroKisan offers installation service of hydroponic green fodder production unit for dairy and livestock sectors. This technology helps to reduces land and water requirement by 95% in production of green fodder. Hydroponically grown fodder are nutrients rich and helps to increase quality and quantity of milk production in dairy business. Hydroponic technology helps in growth of fodder at 4 times rate compared to traditional methods. The cost of fodder production is just Rs.2- 3 rupees per kg which helped to lower the input cost of dairy business and increase profit margin. This sustainable farming practices enhances animal nutrition, reduces environmental impact, and offers a reliable solution for year-round production of green fodder at their dairy farms.
