About Kurickal Developers Llp Kurickal Developers Llp is a new entity formed by Mr. K J Paul and Mrs. Bindu Paul. They are the only designated partners of the LLP. This Llp is mainly indented to focus in the line of construction of bigger projects both in private and public sector. Mr. K.J Paul, who is one of the designated partners of Llp, is having experience in the field of construction and allied activities for over 20 years. He has vast experience of in the field of construction, infrastructure development, mining and crushing, engineering, real estate development etc. His experience and expertise is the backbone of Kurickal Developers and it was his dream to start a business of his own in the said field. His vision is to make this entity a nationally known construction company which undertakes high value public and private works. The contact and influence he has in this field is extensive, and he is sure that with his impressive background, he will be able to establish his new firm in the field of construction. About the Partners Designated Partner K J Paul - hails from a well known, famous, aristocratic family in Ernakulam. He and his seven brothers are in the age old business of civil engineering contracts and each one in the family has completed a good number of civil engineering projects in cities across Kerala. K.J.Paul, the seventh member of the family has established a niche of his own and is the most vibrant and enterprising among the brothers. He has wide contacts in India and abroad. All these favourable factors he can capitalise to his advantage in promoting his new venture – Livit Homes. He has successfully completed a good number of civil works in the state of Kerala and abroad. Some of the major building works successfully completed by him are given in this profile. In addition, he has successfully completed lot of works of bridges, roads, water distribution systems, and waste water treatment plants over the last few years as an “A” class PWD civil contractor. He was also instrumental in promoting a few real estate companies/ builders in the past. He has established a brand name of his own in the domestic housing and hospitality segments of Kerala with a tremendous reputation for quality construction and timely delivery. He has promoted lot of entities and those are running with commendable track record in the respective industries. The latest one which shows the capability of the promoter is “LIVIT HOMES” – a builder. Within a short span of time this entity marked its brand at the top most position compete with so many builders here. They have completed the projects before the announced dates and project was successfully handed over. Greenworth Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. - Mr. K.J.Paul is the director of the company and is actively involved in the day to day functioning of the company and timely execution of the works undertaken by it. It has a turnover of over Rs.70.00 crores and it is actively in the field of infrastructure projects from the year 2010.They are in the field of construction of Roads and Bridges. JMR City Inns and Hostels - In the hospitality sector also Mr. K.J.Paul has established a name of his own. JMR City Inns and Hostels, a 7 storied building is a luxurious stay exclusively for the executive women. It was started in 2010, very near to CEPZ and the Technopolis, Kakkanad. Comfortable stay with high quality food, in a homely atmosphere, it caters to the needs of more than 200 executive women in and around Kakkanad. It also provides facilities for the mental, physical and spiritual upliftment of working women. Soft Solutions Pvt Ltd - Soft Solutions Pvt Ltd (ISO 9001:2015 certified) was founded in 2014 - January. The company was conceived with the idea of bringing in cost-effective solutions for business agility within organizations, who wants to use digitization as a springboard to expand their business foot-print. Currently they offer outcome focused technology solutions to enterprises under verticals like Government, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Retail, Education, Logistics, Finance, BFSI, Automobile etc. We started with technology for custom development of Web & Desktop applications and now have built up capability and experience in Mobility solutions (Android, iOS & Hybrid), Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Business Intelligence Reporting ,Robotic Process Automation, Data on Need, IT infra services , Quality Assurance & Security Assurance Services. K.J.Paul is one of the Directors of the company. Peegreen Projects and Developers LLP - Peegreen Projects and Developers LLP is having a multi storey building in heart of the city Trivandrum and it is rented out to Jayalaxmi silks.
