We are manufacturing electrical stampings by Progressive Tool technology which is widely used in Agriculture Submersible Pump motor. Innovated design with improved quality of our product gives the best Energy Efficiency & low power consumption to pump motor. Best suitable for Solar Pump; our Prime Minister's dream " Doubling the farmers' income by 2022".We innovated & improved our manufacturing process by Progressive Tool technology to get high-volume production of stampings (product). Due to increased productivity (180-200 stroke/min), significant cost reduction, precise & durable products achieved. Following are the main advantage of Progressive Tool manufacturing over Gang Tool traditional manufacturing. 1. Speed speed speed ! –The Progressive Tool process allows us to create more stampings in a shorter period of time when compared with Gang Tool, a traditional manufacturing. For high volume product, progressive tool provides the lowest cycle times per product 2. Less Scrap Material – The vast majority of material is used, hence, less scrap is produced. Progressive Die Stamping provides the most cost effective material option for manufacturing of any products. 3. Quicker Setup – Reduction in Setup and processing will result in a more cost effective piece part. 4. Longer Runs – Longer runs between material changes and tooling adjustments mean our product can be produced in a much shorter time. 5. High Repeatability –high volume runs without tool degradation. This means that product quality remains high with fewer rejections. 6. Lower Cost per Part – Using progressive tool allows us to create robust product in the most cost effective and expeditious manner.
