(KISAN VIKAS FOUNDATION) is fulfilling the parameters of the project; we have a highly qualified and experienced team for this special project. We have also worked in the fields of Water, Sanitation, Public Health, skill, and Natural Resource Management over the last 9 years in the many districts of UP the project is supported by the State Tobacco Control Cell Ministry of Health and Various institutions under CSR. The purpose of this project is to examine the personal perceptions and safety concerns of workers is assumed. Such as policing have been identified issues. The project will thus help reduce the advancement of drinking for the disadvantaged community. Performance measures As much as this section is important, our focus shall be to measure performance but not to spend more time in measurement than accomplishing the project’s goals. Methodology implementation of this project will require knowledge and skills regarding generation dialogue between the Expert and the villagers. Participatory Rural Appraisal methods are used to bring instant change in the understanding and behavior of the people by igniting sparks of awareness in their minds. This process is adopted to motivate community members through their won involvement and initiative to build as well as bring positive changes in their hygiene and sanitation behavior. Quality audit team have A Qualified and More experienced Quality audit team for establishing an internal quality audit work which will be responsible for checking the functioning of the Project as per the scheme guidelines and protocols. Monitoring& Evaluation will ensure monitoring and evaluation of the proposed Implementation of the Scheme internally as well as externally. It will be also monitored by the monitoring and evaluation committee.MIS-Organization will ensure to adoption MIS system to access data from top to bottom and bottom to top in the interest of achieving the target indicator of the project in terms of Subject.Sampling order to conduct the Job on relevant subject matter institution will adopt the Indian system of sampling.Collecting Data-Institution will ensure to collection of data and making observations. The surveyor will have already determined which method he is going to use, so now is the time to implement that choice. Processing Data-Institution will ensure the collection of the data. After the collection of data, it will be needed for data processing. During the data processing step, collected data will be transformed into a form that is appropriate to manipulate and analyze. Raw data, after it is first collected, will need to be cleaned incorrect responses will need to be removed, corrected, or set to missing. It will also need to be coded, or transformed into a standardized form.Analysis-After suitable forms of data, a programmer will be ready to interpret them for the purpose of drawing conclusions. The analysis done will be determined by the data expert on focused objectives.Report Generation & Presentation- After preparation of the report it will be presented before the appropriate Person.The conclusion is to ensure the appropriate authority of the project we will commit to the successful implementation of the project with the aim and object within the time and parameters of the project.
