KZEN Valtech Private Limited is a Registered Valuer Entity dedicated to merging traditional valuation expertise with Generative AI to create a democratized valuation platform. Our process includes the following stages: 1. Initial Information Capture: Our AI platform interacts with potential users to gather the necessary initial information. 2. Valuation Opinion Selection: Users can choose from three categories of valuation opinions: o Compliance-based o Non-compliance but customized o Non-compliance and generic 3. Compliance-based Mortgage Valuation: Utilizing our proprietary technology platform, we capture property information through our application, which automatically records details like latitude-longitude and market overview, and performs valuation calculations. This data is then sent to our QA/QC team for final review, edits, and issuance to the bank or financial institution. 4. Non-compliance and Generic Valuation Opinion: We are developing a GPT-based large language model to capture information both orally and through documents from the user. This model will also gather industry peers’ data and financial margins to generate an automated valuation opinion. This service is primarily for unlisted companies seeking a broad overview of their business valuations for internal purposes. 5.
