We aim to simplify the buying of daily essentials with trust for the middle-class urban households in India. So, we are on a mission to bring the convenience of e-commerce with the trust of a local Kirana Store. We want to simplify the process of acquiring daily essentials even more for our consumers. We plan to do this by onboarding a co-ordinator from each society, a woman who lives in the society or nearby areas (by this we are also creating women micro-entrepreneurs, and giving them an opportunity to earn extra income). She becomes the one-point contact of all the consumers of the society, giving them the much-needed trust and comfort of a one-point human contact
