Lambre Cosmetics Pvt Ltd is the authorized, exclusive Franchise Partner for India of Ms Mongird sp Zoo of Poland, Europe, a leading global player in Skin Care, Color Cosmetics and Perfumery. Lambre India business model is Direct Selling where in individuals register on their own accord, free of cost with the company as Independent Consultants. The Consultants are given a unique ID # with which they can purchase Lambre products at whole sale price. The Consultants mostly use the products for self and some of them in turn sell the products to their customers at the prescribed MRP. Based on the business generated, the Consultants are entitled for additional incentives as declared by Lambre Marketing Plan. Lambre conducts its business as per Direct Selling guidelines issued by the Consumer Affairs Ministry of India and in line with the Indian and Global Direct Selling policy and procedures. Lambre products are not to be displayed or sold in Retail and are promoted/recommended by word of mouth. They are to be promoted through Face to Face recommendation by its authorized Consultants to their contacts. All Lambre products are registered, certified and approved by CDSCO ( Central Drugs Standard Control Organization ), a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Family Health and Welfare after testing the products for their ingredients, safety, their suitability to Indian skin etc., before being allowed to be imported and marketed in India. Since Lambre is into Cosmetics, most of our Consultants are women for whom this business model besides giving access to world class products also provides an alternate source of income. Lambre in its 2 years + of existence in India has helped hundreds of women, most of them house wives become entrepreneurs and become a source of financial support to their families. Lambre's customers are predominantly from the N E states of India which are classified under undeserved sectors. Lambre’s aim and vision is to bring world class products to India at affordable Indian prices and through these products, enable and empower women. Lambre regularly provides on line/class room training to our Consultants with the help of its Field Trainers and Managers to enable them on product/business knowledge to ensure the right information is disseminated in the field.
