The repair centers are equipped to provide chip level service. To ensure quality, we offer assured warranty on all services. For customer’s convenience, we don’t charge for doorstep pickup and delivery service. In case a problem can be solved at the doorstep, the technician will fix it right there. If the repair requires proper machinery then the Laptop has to be taken to the Lappy Maker repair center. To improve customer experience, we check and test all the devices functioning before delivering them. No matter how big or small the issues are, we help in getting the device working smooth and fine just as new as possible with the help of our specially skilled and experienced team of expert technicians. IMPROVING PROCESS Lappy Maker has consistently improved the process of Laptop repairing to make the service experience simple and convenient for customers. The process is as follows: 1. Schedule a Free Technician Visit: Tell us what you want us to repair and schedule a technician visit. 2. Free Doorstep Pickup: Our technician will come and collect your device from your preferred location at the time convenient for you. 3. Laptop Diagnosis: We are honest in running a free diagnostic check with the devices before taking them to repair. The issue and the total cost to repair is conveyed to the customer. We are also contributing in skill development by employing freshers and trainees in the diagnosis department. The trainees get the exposure of hardware and learn to fix them. 4. Approval from Customer: To initiate the repair process, approval from the Laptop owner is taken. The repairing is started only after the customer’s consent. 5. Repairing of Device: Post receiving approval from customer, repairing of device is started. The device is repaired and live updates are provided to the Laptop owner. 6. Quality Checking: The Laptop is put under the quality test process and all the updates are shared. After checking the device, the Laptop is approved to be ready for delivery. 7. Delivery of Laptop: After approval from the Quality Test department, the Laptop is delivered to customers by a field Lappy Maker executive. 8. After Sales Support: If any issue arises during the warranty period, customers can claim and the device will be fixed FREE of cost. The process is the same as mentioned above. Customer has to provide a warranty card that was issued by Lappy Maker after the service. 3. GENERATING EMPLOYMENT Lappy Maker is generating employment in India for the following roles: 1. For Doorstep Pickup & Delivery: To cater the needs of Laptop owners, we employ field engineers. After the appointment is scheduled, a technician visits the customer and collects the device for diagnosis. After testing, the Laptop is delivered by a field engineer. 2. For Repairing Devices: Basic replacements of parts like battery, screen, keyboard, touchpad, etc. are done by dedicated technicians. For motherboard repair, chip level experts are employed to fix the devices. 3. For Laptop Diagnosis: To diagnose the Laptop, a dedicated person is employed to check the devices on multiple levels. 4. For Communicating with Customers: To communicate with customers, telesales executives are employed to help and inform customers throughout the process. 5. For Marketing Management: A dedicated team is employed to manage marketing and advertising of business on various platforms & channels. Team members include Digital Marketing Executive, Content Writer, Graphic Designer and Web Developer. 6. For Quality Control: After repairing, the devices are put under testing to check the proper functioning of Laptops. A dedicated person is allotted the task of checking Laptop functioning. 7. To Manage Routine Sales and Purchases: Accounting Executive is employed for recording and managing routine sales & purchase work. All the invoices, tax, accounting and bookkeeping works are managed by Specialised people.
