It’s “state of the art” first manufacturing footprint is about 40 minute drive from Madurai International airport and 5 hours drive from Chennai International airport. The facility is spread over 50,000 sq ft., equipped with modern iOT enabled heater system and biological based Effluent Treatment Plant. The ISO 13485:2016 certified company’s “state of the art” fully automated production line has been designed to achieve highest quality level to AQL (Accepted Quality Level) 1.5 or below, by using double dipping process to ensure “zero defects”. The production line is equipped with “auto stripping” machine and layered packing for dispensing and to enable right quantity packing. The comprehensive quality lab enables it’s bench marking exercise. Latrile Gloves, with a vision to become the trusted leader of the global glove industry by strictly adhering to highest standards in “ethical, quality, safety and environment” by committing to “innovation and continuous improvement culture”.
