Lattice Innovations is a design factory that converts medical technology ideas into readily usable solutions. The source of ideas can be practitioners, patients, attendants, healthcare industry personnel, and technology innovators. Based in Delhi, Lattice was co-founded in 2014 by three Ivy League graduates, Soura Bhattacharyya, Chayan Chatterjee and Sahil Mehta. Over the past 3+ years, Lattice has designed 10+ medical technologies, and deployed 4 of them in the field. The founders actively mentor healthcare startups in India, USA, Uganda and Israel. Lattice gives form to its clients’ medical technology ideas – partnering with them through all phases of product development – conceptualization, design, prototyping, validation and scale-up. Lattice is a recipient of the BIRAC (http://www.birac.nic.in/) biotechnology ignition grant (BIG) award in 2015, for its innovative work in developing affordable tele-ICU solutions. It was judged best startup in digital health, emergency and critical care at BioAsia 2017, and was in the top 10 among 300 social enterprises in Action For India (AFI) forum, 2017.
