We’re addressing India’s widespread nutrient deficiencies, starting with protein, by creating clean-label, functional foods that infuse essential nutrients into traditional Indian meals without changing how India eats. Our formulations, from protein-rich kheer and roti mixes to fortified curry masalas, are designed with a focus on nutrient bioavailability, ingredient synergy, and taste integrity, ensuring both health impact and culinary authenticity. Our long-term R&D roadmap addresses comprehensive nutrient fortification, including fibre, iron, calcium, and essential micronutrients, through validated scientific approaches, nutritional research, and product innovation. By combining culinary heritage with nutritional research, Laugh Tale Foods aims to make balanced nutrition a systemic, habitual part of Indian diets as universal and effortless as iodised salt, empowering households to achieve better health through familiar foods that are both scientifically designed and culturally trusted.
