LCHP Insulations LLP is a partnership between Chemtron Science Laboratories Pvt Ltd and Shimita Systems. Both entities have collaborated to offer next generation insulation solutions to the industry with the vision of energy conservation and sustainability. Aerogel based microporous insulations are high tech insulation materials embodying lowest thermal conductivity and enhanced physical properties for superior performance. Aerogels are reckoned to be the best insulating solids in this world. LCHP Insulations LLP is harnessing the aerogel technology to come up with its proprietary grade of insulation portfolio. The market is saturated with polymer based and other non-sustainable insulation materials used for thermal and cryogenic applications. LCHP insulation portfolio is a non-hazardous in composition and follows a green manufacturing process. Our enterprise and product goal meets environment, health and safety (HSE) regulations in line with global carbon neutral vision. Silica based high performance insulation blanket – LCHP 650 has greater efficacy for thermal and cryogenic applications. It exhibits the below benefits to enhance the system performance: o Thin blankets can be wound around pipe sections, equipment’s etc. Instead of bulky set up of conventional insulation materials. Easy application and maintenance. o Lean and Ergonomic set up leading to thinner insulation thickness and lower structural weight. o Non-combustible (A1 Fire Rating by EN standard; Class 1 as per ASTM standard) and Hydrophobic. o Longer service life, low maintenance and can be reused if removed for maintenance work. o Environmentally Sustainable alternative to conventional insulation materials. o Lesser Heat losses from the system leading to Energy conservation.
