We are a Full Stack, Technology enabled Hospitality Management Company that specialises in leasing & franchising hospitality assets, turning the assets around in less than a week and selling these assets as short term rentals across various OTA platforms as well as our inhouse website www.incredstays.com. We currently manage an Inventory of 100 rooms across Jaipur, Udaipur & Goa Our target is to expand to an inventory of 500 High Quality Rooms by the year 2027. Eden villas by Incred Stays - https://shorturl.at/cOcvR We focus on Hotel assets that have between 10-25 rooms and Villa & Apartment Assets ranging from 2BHK to 5BHK (often with private swimming pools). We offer short as well as long term stays to leisure as well as corporate travellers who are looking for a consistently good Stay Experience. Some Key Business Metrics: Revenue: 4+ Cr lakhs for FY 24-25 with EBITDA margin of 15% Catered to more than 1,00,000 travellers till date We are a bootstrapped company and have been operationally profitable since Day 1. Technology Product Overview: We have also developed our in-house tech product live now on www.incredstays.com. This is assisted with a back end property management system and a fully functional booking engine backed by RAZORPAY payment gateway. Our properties are fully synced with all OTAs through world reknown provider RENTALS UNITED. In the future we also plan to offer this as a SaaS to 3rd party Villa operators operating across the world to generate additional revenue for our company.
