We are educational technology company where we are developing a product that will try to reduce the skill gap by providing hybrid education with the help of cutting-edge technology and mapping the right candidate with the right corporate. We are creating a system that will expedite the process for entry-level graduates and corporates to join hands together, which means the system will help the corporate to onboard highly qualified and skilled candidates as per their requirements and this will save a lot of time, effort, and money on training as well. In the future, we are going to extend this system to all the users from K-12, Graduates, Master, Ph.D., etc. so, using this we are trying to create an ecosystem where students will be part of the system from the very beginning and each and based on their actions and state of the art analysis methodology, the system will be in the position to guide the students on every stage about their next pathways to go ahead with to build the industry ready career. On a very high-level, our state-of-the-art analysis methodology can be derived by having deep analysis using Deep Learning/Machine Learning on a number of parameters like their performance, behavioral analysis, psychometric test, etc. In fact, we are planning to onboard the child from their birth so, we can have all the data about the child which will initially help the parents for better parenting, and later stage, the system can be in a position to suggest the parents about child's liking, disliking, interest, in which area they need to give more focus to grown-up their child, etc. For all this, the system will require daily 1-2 inputs from the parents. Our AI and recommendation engine will process all the data and provide all the levels of counseling and judgments which will help to shape the future. By doing this, the system will be in a position to answer the most challenging question of students, "what to do next? and what can be the best field to choose for career growth?" And for organizations, they get the actual and correct feedback about the candidates on their behaviors, academics, training, skills, etc. which will ease the selection and onboarding process. And lastly, all this behavior data will be helpful to Govt. as well to identify the early stage talent or help to transform the negative mindset into a positive mindset or stop/identify any misconduct that will happen due to the psycho mindset.
