1) We design and develop in-house with R&D and Backward Integration. While in a rush to reach the market and reap the fruits early, almost all of the companies in India live one product at a time putting little focus on Innovation, Research and next generation technologies in the area of expertise, we have initiated a core research team which will create a pipeline of products keeping us updated with the new technologies that will arrive in the market. This will also help us with backward integration of the complete processes, which will in-turn help us with reduction in production cost to allow us bid against international players for bigger global orders. Our thought process is divided into 3 stages. Create - Communicate - Collaborate. 2) Where People see problems we see opportunities. While the rural India struggles today to get into mainstream economy. We seen an opportunity with a social cause to help them connect to the urban India and the system of urban India in the field of Banking, Child Healthcare, Electrification and Digital Connectivity. We see common sense solution in each of the above cases and are trying to find an innovative solution by just thinking out of the box to address the problem at hand. Our past experience into various domains and our partnerships with international giants like Toshiba and WPG help us to understand how similar issues were resolved elsewhere when they arose. We make those solutions and see what needs to be changed to make it usable for the Indian customer and then how more can it be simplified further so that it does not get redundant and stay unused.
