PROFILE Kaushal Gupta, aged 49 years, is the proprietor of Khushi International and is in the business of processing and trading of Cashew, Gum Arabic and Gum Karaya. He started the firm Khushi International in 2002 and has grown the business by leaps and bounds single-handedly. Earlier he joined his family business in the year 1992 and took it up to a great extent and made a reputed name in the market. The firm operates its business from the Asia’s largest wholesale market of dry fruits and forest products known as Khari Baoli, Delhi. The firm has its manufacturing cum godown facility in Kundli, Haryana (Delhi NCR) for Gum Arabic and Cashew and other commodities. Khushi International has installed a New Cashew processing plant In Kundli (Haryana) and started operating it since year 2017 with all the advance and latest machineries imported from outside India. Mr. Gupta is being assisted by his young son, Mr. Love Gupta, for the last couple of years who looks after the entire production and sales activities in the business. He has been following the guidelines and assistance of the great well-known motivational speaker Mr. Vivek Bindra. He is working hard to grow business to further extent by his promising and friendly behavior. Also his wife Mrs. Priyanka Gupta is jointly looking after all the processing activities at factory which boost a lot of energy in all the working staff. Further, Mr. Naveen Goel, having a high sales experience of 19 years, is managing the sales division of the firm from main Khari Baoli Office. Other than the above, the firm has an overall manpower strength of around 40-50 workers. We are looking forward in the export of Cashew Kernels, Gum Karaya and other commodities very soon through our New company LIFETIME DRYFRUITS PVT LTD. About our Raw cashew processing plant, It is the only one in Delhi NCR with a total capacity of about 4-5 M. Tons per day/per shift with all the latest imported advance machinery installed to minimize the labour and production cost. We have the advantage of buying the raw product directly from main Suppliers in Africa and selling the finished product directly to the end users as we have our sales offices in Khari Baoli. We wish to take our production to the top level. Also, we have value added flavored/Salted/Masala Cashews, Raisins, Almonds, Pistachios and all other different Dry fruits in the wholesale and retail segment in our registered brand “LIFETIME” and “KHUSHDIL”. We will very soon bring the varieties of our processed and value-added products online directly for the benefit of our wholesale and retail customers. Our main motto is customer’s satisfaction by delivering them good quality products and services all the time.
