LoopClub Internet Private Limited (‘LoopClub’), incorporated on 28 January, 2021, is basically a SAAS based business model. It aims to help Shopify stores unlock their potential, by using an innovative approach to combine manual configuration and artificial intelligence, thereby increasing conversions and boosting store revenue. LoopClub uses machine learning to generate recommendations based on the user’s actions on the store and provides them with the best possible product mix. Loopclub intends to build a complete personalization experience platform for e-commerce companies that will not only help them in increasing their revenue but also increase customer engagement and improve brand image. LoopClub's product mix is as follows : 1. Personalized recommendations : Users can unlock new upsell cross-sell opportunities with personalized recommendations., Such recommendations can be used to grow the Shopify store’s revenue in various ways as it provides automatic recommendation using machine learning, configuring recommendations manually from the dashboard, along with sending personalized recommendations through emails to the customers which helps in establishing a strong brand image of the user outside the store. 2. OtisConnect : A platform that allows users to increase engagement with their visitors by creating custom campaigns to keep the subscribers in the loop and scheduling notifications in sync with the user's marketing push. This further helps in controlling the delivery & content of each notification to maximize conversions.
