Lotus GlobalCare LLP is developing is an innovative digital healthcare platform that redefines how patients and doctors connect in India. Our platform will be relationship-first and doctor-led, built around our innovative Doctor-as-a-Brand (DaaB) model. It empowers doctors to extend their trusted practice digitally, while enabling patients to access care from their known, referred, or family doctors seamlessly through real-time consultations, in-person appointments, and in-home healthcare services (doctor visits, nursing, diagnostics, physiotherapy, and post-hospitalization recovery). Innovation & Improvement • Trust-Centric Healthcare: Solves the “trust deficit” by prioritizing continuity of care with known doctors. • In-Home Healthcare Integration: Bridges the gap between hospital discharge and home recovery with structured, tech-enabled care. • Hybrid Expansion: Digital-first model reinforced by physical healthcare kiosks in Tier 2/3 towns for inclusive access. • DaaB Model: A novel framework enabling doctors to build their digital identity, grow practice revenue, and strengthen patient loyalty. Scalability & Impact • Employment Generation: Creation of a new workforce of digital health coordinators, home-care providers, nurses, diagnostic professionals, and telehealth support staff. With about 50,000+ healthcare providers joining our network by Year 5, we expect to create about 100000 new jobs directly or indirectly by Year 5. • Wealth Creation: A scalable business model spanning consultations, subscriptions, in-home services, diagnostics, pharmacy, and insurance integrations. • Nationwide Scalability: Designed to serve both metro populations and underserved Tier 2/3 towns, aligning with India’s Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).
