Verification (KYC/ROC/GST plus editorial checks) ensures only legitimate firms and real projects appear. The core platform is free for the industry.Traction: live with respected studios including Dipen Gada & Associates, Crossboundaries, Studio Yamini, and K.N. Associates, with Hiren Patel Architects (HPAD) onboard and other leading firms such as R+R (Ahmedabad) engaging with the platform.BUILD by ARCZ connects studios to curated product partners—one brand per category—to configure, specify, and order with expert support. BUILD launched with Hybec (architectural lighting) and is expanding to furniture, bathrooms, and more, creating an integrated workflow from discovery to specification and procurement.ARCZ also enables transparent Brand Collaborations on each project page. When a studio features a verified partner brand on a project, the brand pays a collaboration fee; ARCZ shares this fee with the studio. For example, if R+R collaborates with Jaquar on a project, Jaquar pays the collaboration fee and R+R receives an agreed share—clearly reflected on the project page.Business model: brand collaborations and consultancy around specification/procurement.
