We ship directly from South Korea in tie up with Korean cosmetics distributor. Problem: There exist huge market for South Korean Skin care and Makeup products across the world and google trend shows overwhelming Interest in Korean cosmetics specially in USA, UK, Canadian, European and Asian Markets including India but there are few good brands available in the market compared to market size (TAM) Solution: Create International South Korean Skin care and Makeup Brand Luxiface in premium segment in tie up with reputed South Korean private label contract manufacturer by availing ODM services. Phase I Launch Luxiface as Exclusive brand in main categories in Skin care and Makeup & continue selling other reputed south Korean brands through Luxiface.com Phase II Phase out other Korean brands and increase Luxiface product line and market only Luxiface products through Luxiface.com and Luxiface.in & marketplaces like amazon, Nykaa, purplle (In India) Phase III Launch Shop in Shops through beauty chains and Exclusive Business Outlets in Indian market
