Ma Tuvvay LLP, an incubatee of ICAR - National Research Centre on Meat, was born from a personal quest for healthier snack options that could truly satisfy both taste and nutrition. Upon returning from Switzerland and embracing a fitness-oriented lifestyle, I, Tushara Datla, embarked on a determined search for a delicious, high-protein snack. Disappointed by the abundance of deep-fried, carb-heavy options, I was inspired to create a healthier alternative. Through extensive experimentation with chicken, I developed a snack that delivers both exceptional flavor and a substantial protein boost. Our startup specializes in producing ready-to-eat chicken chips, offering a unique alternative to regular snacks. With an initial launch featuring five diverse flavors, we aim to provide a tasty, gluten-free, and preservative-free option suitable for various occasions, from movie nights and events to sports. At Ma Tuvvay LLP, our mission is to fill the gap in the market for convenient, nutritious snacks. Our future plans include expanding into other meat-based snacks, egg-based products, ready-to-cook items, and eventually frozen foods. We will initially operate through quick commerce platforms and our brand website, with future expansion into retail stores. Set for launch in Q1 2025, Ma Tuvvay LLP is dedicated to delivering a satisfying and holistic snack experience to our customers.
