MAGGNESSA VENTURES INDIA is a registered Section 8 company under the Company act.2013. We are registered under the Maharashtra State Skill Development Society (MSDS) as an MOU partner with the Government of Maharashtra. The Indian industries are facing constant operational & business challenges due to a lack of skilled manpower, unskilled resources impact the productivity & business growth of the organization, hence employers constantly need skilled manpower. We work on developing custom-made solutions for employers to provide a seamless supply of skilled manpower through skilled projects. Also, we support employers in achieving business goals and we are instrumental in providing the youth with adequate work skills through apprenticeship and on-the-job training hence assisting them in getting proper Employment. To enable a large no of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will them to secure the best employment and better livelihood. Skill India scale India with adequate technical knowledge with the latest technology to match youth for better job opportunities or self-employment and support employers with skilled employees for a better and bright India. We have 56+ associate branches all over Maharashtra which run various training programs. We provide training mainly in the Healthcare/Skill Development segment with various courses having a curriculum as per NSDC/MSSDS with all facilities like infrastructure as well as well certified and qualified trainers for the execution of the training.
