MagicProctor is a revolutionary Indian startup building a new trust layer for remote hiring. We are on a mission to help bring more remote jobs to India by solving one of the biggest hidden barriers in global hiring: lack of trust during remote screenings and interviews. Indian candidates—especially early-stage job seekers—are highly capable, but in remote hiring environments they are often judged inside a low-trust system. This is even more true for fully remote opportunities from companies that do not have any office or physical presence in India. Employers worry about cheating, hidden assistance, second screens, proxy support, and AI-assisted answers. In that environment, honest candidates lose along with dishonest ones. MagicProctor is changing that by creating an entirely new category. We provide a hardware-first integrity solution centered around a head-mounted POV camera that shows the candidate’s real environment during interviews and screening rounds. This creates a powerful signal of honesty and gives recruiters and interviewers much higher confidence in evaluation. We are not improving an old system by 10%. We are pioneering a zero-to-one movement. MagicProctor is one of the first startups attempting to make candidate integrity visible, portable, and scalable for remote hiring. Our ambition is national: to make India the most trusted source of remote talent in the world. That is why we are pioneering the movement: Make India Honest Again. We empowers candidates directly. Instead of waiting for institutions to fix credibility, job seekers themselves can adopt MagicProctor and become part of a new generation of trust-backed professionals. Over time, this can improve employer confidence, increase access to remote roles, and create a stronger reputation for Indian talent in global and domestic remote hiring. Our fulfilment infrastructure is soon being distributed nationwide, enabling operational scale across India and allowing candidates from multiple cities and towns to access this trust layer.
