Greetings! I am Sunny Kumar, Accounts & Finance Professional with more than 10 years of experience in core area and inter disciplinary supervision. Currently I am employed with UNIBISC SARL in Madagascar and planned to come back to India for good. Though I have been overseas for more than 6 years, I always aimed at doing something on my own and at my native village Teotha, situated in Siwan,Bihar to strengthen the rural economy and generate employment. My zeal for entrepreneurship intensified when I saw the pictures mass reverse migration after the lockdown and decided not to hold back any more.I have not been able to return due to travel restrictions, once flights resume I'll be in home and start the groundwork at war level. I am poised to startup in Food Processing because it is the necessity and resistant to macro-economic turbulence to a great extent. The company I am employed with has not only continued operations in the Covid pandemic but shown better results than ever (It deals in Biscuits/Snacks/Noodles/Pasta etc). So the question is if a Food Processing company can sail through rough waters in Madagascar which is the 5th Poorest Country, why it cant flourish in India where purchasing power is far better? of course it can! I have planned to launch Soy Products (Paneer, Milk, Curd and innovative sweets and snacks based on soy) Covid and the consequent economic slowdown has made people to think about the composition of their dish plan. They will certainly look for substitutes for dairy and meat/fish products. My products will help them to make a better option economically and nutritionally.I have already done testing on a small sample size. Since my product line is new for Bihar and extensive marketing will be needed to introduce it to the masses and self funding will fall short. So I am looking for strategic partners to fund.
