We also plan to use machine learning to rank blue-collar job candidates according to their skills. This will help them understand what they lack. We will help them up-skill and make them ready for both domestic and international job roles. For white-collar jobs, we plan to maintain a database with interview preparation material that will help candidates be well prepared and increase their probability of landing jobs Our research team will keep our clients updated on the latest industry trends and scenarios to help plan a better pay structure. Our recruiters have experience in providing candidates for junior to senior-level roles. They have also worked in different positions across industries like pharma, finance, IT, real estate and are multilingual
