The major problems with current e-commerce apps are in most of the app buyers don't get opportunity to directly interact with sellers also these apps do not provide area based search results i.e. buyers and sellers may be located anywhere. This makes it impossible for buyers to check authenticity, quality or variety of products available at seller. It all leads to dissatisfaction as the quality of products doesn’t match with expectations and results in loss of time and money. For small products delivery charges are also high.
