Idea – We have observed that while there are plenty of options for residential rental space, there are very limited options available when it comes to space rental for corporate or personal use. We have seen in the western world esp US, that there are many large storage companies which provide lockable storage options for companies and individuals for short or long term. While in India, space being a premium and the concept being early, we don’t see too many players who have invested in extensive land and then offered pure storage solutions. We felt that if we were able to bring in a local flavor to this need segment by creating a pure online platform for people to list their properties and for others to lease such properties – right from large corporate logistic providers to the small residential storage solution using local spaces that people have available in their houses or offices – this would cater to a very large latent market and provide easy, safe and cost effective solutions for this large market segment. Validation – We have discussed and validated this need through meeting with all possible user segments –  Corporates who want storage spaces for long or short term  Common people who would want to lease space for storing household items that they don't want to discard but are unable to fit into their small dwelling units in metros Early traction - We have built our app on the android platform and we have done a controlled group validation of the platform. We have an expressed interest from about a dozen people- early adopters - who have expressed interest to put up their available spaces (godowns to garages and rooms in houses) once we start commercial operations. Scaling –  The model is based on a pure online platform for people to list their properties and space seekers to browse through and express interest in the property they want to lease and then go through an online process of screening, validation of availability for the specific time and budget and then close the agreement and move in.  We can scale this platform and later expand to ios and web platform too.  The market is huge and not addressed  Initial due diligence work will be carried out by a dedicated team of people we are in the process of hiring.  We will grow thru word of mouth and Social Media led promotion and marketing.
