Manch Technologies is an Applications Service Provider certified by the ESPs (eSign Service Provider – an entity appointed and certified by the CCA). Besides providing an inbuilt redundancy, Manch provides a SINGLE CLICK WORKFLOW for the signing of documents and includes the features to design signature templates and supports single and multi-party signature requirements. In addition, Manch also provides an option of microservice that ensures that documents do not leave the client’s environment. The plug-n-play platform by Manch ensures that our clients concentrate on the core business, while we bring in the efficiencies by reducing costs and TAT by facilitating a paperless environment. Maker-Checker, Bulk sign, Bulk upload are some of the other key features of the product. The Aadhaar-based eSign product is a secure solution certified by NSDL and CDAC and supports both OTP-based and biometric authentication. The product supports integration through a portal-based application, web-services API and a micro-service API (software installed in customer’s environment). In addition, Manch also provides Dongle-based DSC support for Class II and III signatures to sign documents and GST transactions. Features like bulk upload, bulk sign, support for maker-checker and multi-party signature support makes MANCH a very versatile platform to realize the dream of paperless organizations relatively easily. We work with clients and their software solutions providers to integrate our solutions with the existing software to completely automate processes like customer acquisition, vendor onboarding, signing contracts digitally, signing up invoices and purchase orders and talent acquisition and management. A case in point is the deployment of eSign for a large Financial Services Company which has shown them cost and time benefits.
