Mandaxa Facilities Management Private Limited has diversified business activities which results in providing the facility management services to Govt. Sectors, Corporates businesses, MNC’s, Malls, Embassy’s, Cinemas halls, Hotel, Hospital, Industries, and Large warehouse, etc. Facility management is a form of asset management concerned with the successful maintenance, operation, and monitoring of buildings, projects or properties, it encompasses multiple disciplines to ensure the functionality of the built environment by integrating people, systems, place, process, and technology. Presently, human resource is a source of competitive advantage for all organizations, be it the corporate sector, Government sector, or the grass-root level. Despite the fact that India is a fast developing economy, difficulties have led by the country in this pandemic situation. The people of India not only need to fight to save their lives from the deadly coronavirus but also their livelihoods. Looking into this scenario, a number of schemes have been initiated by the Central and State Governments in India like “MGNREGA”, which aim at providing jobs to skilled and unskilled and the government has been tying up with industry bodies to employ them. To support this great initiative of the Indian government, our company will provide a large number of jobs to skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labourers. Likewise, we are providing the facility management services like engineering services, disinfectant services (Sanitization, Pest Control, Fogging& Carpet/Upholstery shampoo), Mechanized Cleaning, housekeeping, security, horticulture, drivers, helper, etc. The said activity will generate a large number of employment opportunities in the labours sector and will also contribute towards Indian economy.
