Grains are still not in mainstream in our daily diet although thousand years ago it was part of main diets. Although rice and wheat are consumed by majority of population in India, other multigrain products such as sorghum, quinoa, pearl sagu are not so much popular. despite their nutrition and quality better than others. Either they are not available in good preparation, or process, or they are time consuming to eat or they are not good in taste/. We are ultimately what we eat. Hence, to create an inclusive ecosystem of health and wellness in Odisha, India, and at a global level, the Maninagadurga Commercials Pvt Ltd has launched projects to develop multigrain wholefoods and snacks with high grade processing methodologies in Odisha. The company is responsible for processing, manufacturing, and packaging, and promotions of products in a state of art infrastructure with high grade equipment in an 2 acre land near Bhubaneswar.
