Matoshree Splicers Pvt Ltd India's construction industry has long relied on an outdated practice lapping reinforcement bars using binding wire. It wastes steel, congests concrete, slows construction, and compromises structural safety. Matoshree Splicers Pvt Ltd was founded to eliminate this inefficiency from the ground up. We design and manufacture MASTECH Mechanical Rebar Couplers - precision-engineered, IS 16172-2014 certified joining systems that mechanically connect reinforcement bars without overlap. Our product line includes Roll Thread Couplers (Class L) for residential and commercial structures, and Cold Forged Couplers (Class H) for heavy infrastructure like dams, bridges, and machine foundations. What makes us different: Our couplers reduce steel consumption, cut construction cycle times dramatically (under 30 seconds per joint), eliminate bar congestion, and ensure full ductile elongation - delivering structurally superior results at lower cost. We comply with international standards including EN 1992 and BS 8110, placing Indian manufacturing on a global benchmark. The change we are making: Every building, bridge, and dam built safer is a life protected. By replacing a labour-intensive, wasteful practice with a clean mechanical solution, we are improving structural integrity across India's infrastructure making construction faster, greener, and more reliable. Our couplers reduce rebar waste, lower the carbon footprint of construction, and bring engineering precision to every joint, whether it's a ₹50 lakh home or a multi-crore infrastructure project. With a growing clientele that includes Tata Projects, Hiranandani, Kalpataru, JLL, K Raheja Corp, and Finolex, we have proven our solution at scale - and we are now poised to take this innovation deeper into Tier 2 and Tier 3 construction markets across India.
