This idea needs a website and an application where students would subscribe and log in daily in order to take lectures. Digital classroom needs server and database management systems in place. Once technical issues are resolved, digital marketing techniques will help to bring more audience to the idea, as this is the only feasible format and platform by which students will be able to learn irrespective of the external conditions. Professors and teachers will be recruited on the basis of their performance in the interview. Hence, creating an initial pipeline of students and teachers. Digital Classroom is planned to be launched in the city of Pune initially, just to test the idea and as soon as our pipeline of students reaches around 250 students, then we will expand to other metropolitan cities. Pricing Structure: Pricing structure will be decided as soon as all the costs of the business are realized and we are planning not more then 5% of profit in the initial phase.
