The value addition comes in the form of the domain expertise that is used to engage both at the strategic and the operational level at either the OEMs or the Distributors to co-work and suggest resolutions having the knowledge of what works what does not in the specific marketplace or the customer segment. It is part of the knowledge Industry and coaching, consulting, onsite co-working and active engagement is the model. Maven will also work with the various relevant trade bodies like SIAM, FADA etc. to continuously seek opportunities to add value to the Industry and the stakeholders. Maven works in all the Automobile segments like Passengers Vehicles, Two Wheelers, CV,Three Wheelers and Tractors. There are thousands of Distributors in the space across the country who need specific guidance in the face of the changing Industry landscape. The scalablity comes with skilling more Managers to handle such assignments and value add.
