Maxcos Global Private Limited is a company having personal care brand, Veruzo. Veruzo is set to be India’s first 100% ingredient transparent fragrance brand. Fragrance is one of the biggest black boxes of the beauty industry as it is the only ingredient at the back of most personal care products we use that is listed in a blanket term. The ingredients making up the fragrance are not further exposed and this lack of transparency is exploited by many to flood the market with toxic, unregulated blends. Veruzo’s on a mission to break this black box and set a new standard of transparency and efficacy in the fragrance industry through its long-lasting and non-toxic scents. All our scents are vegan, cruelty-free, dermatologically tested for sensitive skin and formulated without parabens, synthetic dyes or phthalates. After building our market presence in fragrances, we hope to disrupt adjacent categories such as bath, body and skin. As a consumer brand catering to the vast beauty and personal market in India, Veruzo has immense potential to scale. With a focus on luxurious yet affordable fragrances, we are strategically targeting consumers with increasing disposable income and a desire for high-quality personal care products. To maximize our reach, we will implement a comprehensive distribution strategy that includes our own website, major e-commerce platforms, select offline channels, and quick commerce platforms. Veruzo is committed to building its supply chain in India and we hope to vertically integrate our operations and enter into the manufacturing of our own goods as our sales increase. This strategy will not only enhance our operational efficiency but also significantly increase our employment capacity.
