Our Company deals in Collection and Recovery. Collection traditionally is very fragmented and human-intensive industry. Quality of collection depends largely on the quality of manpower which is generally not highly educated. We are making the collection more responsible. We want to create a scalable business model with the help of technology wherein human intervention could be minimized. AI, ChatBot and analytics helps in predicting the customer payment behavior and hence allows efficient allocation of resources by combining large amounts of data with fast, iterative processing allowing the software to learn automatically from patterns or features in the data which is similarly human-like interaction by which customer satisfaction increases as we have better control over the script during the discussion with the customer. It helps our customers as well as to the Company i.e. both ways. The responsible collection is the buzzword in the industry as it is helping lenders to retain the previous customers. So more lending to the similar or same set of customers and hence better risk management and resource allocation. Collections give rise to irregular collection patterns or bad behavior with the customer or threatening to the customer. It results in customer dissatisfaction and hence customer attrition. The risk management framework essentially needs a similar customer in order to make informed decisions.
