1.To manufacture, formulate, process, develop, refine, import, export, wholesale and/or retail trade all kinds of pharmaceuticals, antibiotics, drugs, medicines, biologicals, neutraceuticals, healthcare, ayurvedic and dietary supplement products, medicinal preparations, vaccines, chemicals, chemical products, dry salters, mineral waters, wines, cordials, liquors, soups, broths and other restoratives or foods and also to deal in medicinal goods such as surgical instruments, contraceptives, photographic goods, oils, perfumes, cosmetics, patent medicines, soaps, artificial limbs, hospital requisites, proprietary medicines, veterinary medicines and tinctures extracts and to carry on the business of vialling, bottling, repacking, processing of tablets, capsules, syrups, injections, ointments, etc. and also to carry on the business of chemists, druggists, buyers, sellers, agents, distributors and stockists of all kinds of pharmaceuticals and allied products. 2. To develop, provide, undertake, design, import, export, distribute and deal in Systems and application software for microprocessor based information systems, off shore software development projects, internet service provider, and solutions in all areas of application including those in Emerging niche segments like Internet and Intranet website applications solutions software enterprise, resource planning, e-commerce, value added products and other business applications either for its own use for sale in India or for export outside India and to design and develop such systems and application software for and on behalf of manufacturers owners and users of computer, telecom, digital, electronic equipments in India or elsewhere in the world. 3.To provide advisory and consultancy on health care field to general public and various institutions, colleges, government institutes, foreign embassies and other various business and governmental organization and designing custom structures of each clients to cater to various needs of the clients. 4.Designing and development and launching various software, with or without Artificial Intelligence, catering to similar businesses that the company operates including but not limited to business carbon credits monitoring software, power management software. Software development includes software research and development as well. This will include development of various application and software for increasing efficiency and monitoring of various natural resources consumption in organizations, industries and countries including waste and disposal management, etc. 5. Development of various chemicals and other compounds and substances, both synthetic and natural, that cater to, both fuel and complete decomposition processes and otherwise reduce the harmful effects of various pollutants in the waste disposal management systems. 6.To purchase, lease or otherwise acquire, establish, maintain, operate, run, manage or administer hospitals, Medicare, nursing homes, health care, diagnostic, health aids, and research centers. To provide medical relief to the public in all branches of medical schemes by all available means. 7. To conduct research and development works in the above-mentioned related fields and develop or outsource research and development services in order to achieve various business objects of the company and for the further expansion of the company. 8. Create and develop, in cooperation and in joint venture with various other organizations, groups and societies which promote such services and advisory and similar works. This includes structuring an eco-system in which every participant is involved to the extent of their expertise and groups collaborating with each other to excel in their respective field, which will be related to health care and nature preservation.
