MEDIDOST : Medical Concierge Services A special service for distressed , out of the state patients in need of personal care and valuable health care guidance. A valuable friend , family guide ,social enterprise in need Indeed!!! This is Deepak Kumar Agrawal , Founder & Friend , Medidost.in : Medical Concierge Services . My vision for new India is One Nation , One Medical Trauma Centre in every Village . Swachta abhiyaan is a hygiene and healthy activity and deserve incredible applause as millions of people die in India not because of disease but dirty environment and lack of Right to quality doctor and hospital . People in India spend money on doctors and hospital fees to become poorer in health and wealth as quality doctors and health facilities are rare and out of reach of millions of people . People die in NH road rage due to lack of “Intime” and “Credible” medical care . Its irony that we can find a mechanic shop for bike and car in a remote village but there is no technical support for Human medical urgency to almost 70 % of remote places worth 80 crore of human life . A common transport like OLA is accessible within 10-15 minute but FIRST AID OR AMBULANCE can not be assured even after 2-3 hours which leads to loss of life in most of the cases . Mobile phone is accessible to most of India but Network is not assured and again questions the integrity and raises a big question in all billion people mind .... WHEN IS THE DOCTOR ....WHERE IS THE DOCTOR !!! Medidost ... a medical concierge services as social entreprise is trying to cater to this deep basic human need for right source of medical facility with first touch aid human care, technology medical trauma centres and professional guidance of doctors . A new India in making require another revolution which is in medical care . India is a nation of villages and a happy healthy hygienic nation will only transform the nation in the elite list of developed and progressive nation . My understanding and idea is as below . 1. AIIMS , All India Institute of Medical Sciences, is the gift to the poor public health and its footprint need to be widespread pan India . In line with AIIMS, Modern compact hospitals as HUMAN CLINIC must be established in all India States and UT capital on mission basis to provide world class medical services to all citizen . 2. Mini AIIMS like HUMAN CLINIC must be established in all town with railway Junction aligning all railway hospitals with AIIMS HUMAN CLINIC integrated and supported by its central medical hub in all state and union territory capital . 3. AIIMS HUMAN CLINIC Trauma Centre must be established in all villages adjacent to National Highways and aligned and integrated with Mini AIIMS HUMAN CLINIC in town or railway and subsequently AIIMS Central . The idea is to create a web of AIIMS HUMAN CLINIC , Mini AIIMS HUMAN CLINIC and AIIMS Trauma centre HUMAN CLINIC to cover every Indian citizen for their emergency , critical , clinical, diagnostic and preventive medical care . Since India is a country of villages, Chain of Human Clinics need to be created with Indian Geography and Demography in need and design from poor downtrodden trajectory as below covering entire state and UT compassing every 50 KM pan India with a population of 10000 and more human life . Although the required Human Clinic need will be more than 10000 clinics to cover 1.3 billion population , Since initial proposed Human Clinics centre in villages will be 500 in numbers, every human clinic trauma centre cost would be approximately 1 crore . Hence initial Seed capital required would be Human clinic 500X Rs. 1 crore = 500 crore (INR) These 500 centres in all different remote locations connected to Mini Human Clinic and further connected to City Parent Human Clinic covering each 10000 populace will work as bridge for entire populace of 1.3 billion populace and will be well supported by Medidost friends with their prowess to medical care training , technology and medical family care in need Indeed. A Swatch Bharat can be accomplished with the missionary zeal and execution of base medical facilities for the very fabric of foundation of ”Swasth Bharat”. Disclaimer : This above idea and proposal was shared 5 years ago to Prime Minister of India , Niti Aayog , Govt. Of India & Gates Foundation , USA as well as my vision require fundamental ground reality of chain of hospitals and human doctors , diagnostic tertiary technical support staff, logistics and wider use of technology and could not be accomplished without fundamental infrastructure in place . Thanks to our Prime Minister , the above vision and idea is conceptualised and adopted in policy making as part of Aayusmaan Bharat Swasth Bharat mission as priority foundation of AIIMS hospitals are being announced whereas many old hospitals are being adopted to renovate them for Mini AIIMS hospitals and many tertiary centres are being announce to create backbone network of ho
