An open internet-based platform for healthcare providers and care seekers where patients can choose among various similar care providers in terms of rate, quality, standardizations, and reviews, etc, can have paramedical services including laboratory tests & medicines at their home itself, can book appointment, can have realtime tracking of the status of his/her serial number to eliminate time wasted in doctor chambers, telemedicine consultations. Health care providers and patients will have access to patients/ own medical records from anywhere anytime using the internet. We are generating both soft prescription/ hard copy with minimum time with a clinical support system which will improve the speed of patient examination. All doctors, paramedics, pharmacies, laboratories, organic food sellers can use the platform without hampering their individual identity rather than increasing their client base. Doctors are also able to consult with other doctors/getting second opinions regarding difficult cases from their own preferred doctors. Any patient can search any required service/doctor in any area(including locality or any specified area) in the platform to get all comparative best options in descending order. After selecting the service like a consultation with a specific doctor, the patient will get a specific time of appointment depending on his preference. When the impaneled doctor generates said patient’s prescription, the medical records of the patient be will automatically be saved forever which will be available for a lifetime for use both to the patient and doctors. The patient will immediately get the best deal options (on basis of cost, review, quality, etc) on Pharmacy and blood tests advised from all impaneled Labs and pharmacies from which patient can choose the best option. The delivery of medicine and blood sample collection for selected pharmacies/labs/hospitals will be done by the team of Medwiz solutions within the committed time frame in App. After processing of the investigations done with the help of Medwiz will be auto-updated in medical records which can be seen/downloaded by the doctor/patient anytime. Medwiz will also enable to have review cheque up/telemedicine consultation where a doctor can easily see the past medical records of the patient. Any doctor or patient can enroll with the facilities with minimum subscription fees. Hospitals/doctors can store all data of their patients and patients also can store their lifetime medical data here. Doctors/hospitals will get integrated ERP, CRM, HR, stock, and inventory management support along with their subscription.
