Menahub International is started to support E-Commerce companies Worldwide with Support service like Cataloguing, designing, merchandising, website content, and customer service. Data analytics, catalog management, graphic designing, client servicing and digital marketing agencies are available. However, even though they exist in the market there are not many choices for new start-ups to choose from where they get the entire package. Most companies tie up with multiple agencies to assist in their daily operations. One might find an agency that caters to one or two domains but it is rare to find a company that offers the complete package. As we have already established that we aim at providing a solution for the complete backend operation in a newly founded start-up, especially for those companies in the Middle East. One main advantage we have over other agencies is that have a curated team that specializes and is trained in respective departments of the company. With constant training and workshops, we are able to follow the latest trending standards and improvise the processes to accommodate the ongoing trends. This way we will ensure that the companies signed up with us will be beneficial and will also get more than what is expected of. Adding on to that, we also focus mainly on the corporate sector. As most e-commerce companies deal with consumers, we aim at targeting those companies which focus more on a corporate level. The most unique service we offer such clients is a merge of client servicing and the end package of converting to orders, which includes creating quotations, providing alternates, and invoices. Most companies do not involve in financials and stick to just cataloging and designing or just customer or client servicing. However, with this additional service, it is beneficial for such start-ups as they can focus on expanding their businesses while we tend to the daily operations. Also, many companies that have moved towards digitalization usually have static websites, this does have a huge influence on sales, as customers can only see the products, but in order to get them, they have to go to the physical store and purchase the products, With our company, we will be able to help this business transition to a more dynamic website which is integrated with a payment gateway and this way the customers can purchase the products through their e-commerce portals. What we offer is bespoke, designed to cater to individual clients' needs and requirements based on their business module. Clients can choose to take the entire package which comprising of Cataloguing – Uploading and updating the products/services on the website, Graphic Designing – Creatives for the products that are uploaded as well as creatives for Digital Marketing, Client servicing and Customer support – a team to help with the Support for clients and customers with their queries, Merchandising – the overall experience of the website, updating offers and connecting with suppliers and the last being Digital Marketing – to assist with all marketing activities. Our clients are also flexible to choose a combination of services they prefer.
