Menerix is a technology platform designed to digitize and standardize engineering procurement for manufacturing companies and MSMEs in India. Engineering procurement today is highly fragmented and largely unstructured. Buyers and suppliers rely on informal communication channels such as phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and spreadsheets to exchange requirements. This results in inefficiencies, delays, low transparency, and repeated manual effort across every procurement cycle. Menerix addresses this by providing a proprietary structured framework to convert unstructured buyer intent—such as free-text requests and technical drawings—into standardized, executable procurement requirements. The platform captures deep supplier capabilities (including machinery, processes, and quality parameters) to ensure precise alignment between buyer needs and supplier output. Acting as a pre-purchase-order (pre-PO) system of record, Menerix digitizes the workflow from requirement definition through to supplier selection. This builds a scalable data layer for Indian manufacturing, improving predictability and decision-making over time. Menerix aims to enhance the global competitiveness of India’s manufacturing ecosystem by reducing coordination costs and creating a standardized digital infrastructure for MSMEs.
