Meresu Ventures India Pvt Ltd is an AI-driven recruitment and employee engagement platform. Our mission is to solve one of the biggest pain points in the Indian job market – the mismatch between job seekers and employers. While traditional platforms focus on resumes and technical skills, Meresu introduces an AI voice agent (Mahira) that evaluates soft skills, personality, and communication ability – the true drivers of success in most careers. Problem We Are Solving The Indian hiring ecosystem faces multiple challenges: Job portals like Naukri, Apna, or LinkedIn only provide databases, leaving HR teams to manually filter. Staffing agencies are expensive and offer little guarantee of long-term retention. Technical assessments exist, but soft skills, emotional intelligence, and cultural fit remain ignored. Hiring mismatches result in high attrition, wasted training costs, and employee dissatisfaction.
