Our startup works on a Green Hydrogen service model in India. This model is part of the National Green Hydrogen Mission. * We make green hydrogen using energy sources like solar and wind power. * We supply it to industries that need it most such as refineries, steel and transport sectors. * We make money by selling hydrogen signing long-term contracts with businesses selling carbon credits and through a digital platform. This platform helps match supply and demand sets prices and manages logistics. Our main goal is not just to provide fuel. We want to help build Indias energy system. This can be done by reducing the import of fossil fuels helping industries reduce their carbon footprint and creating an ecosystem. India aims to produce 5 million tons of hydrogen per year by 2030. Green hydrogen has zero emissions helps secure energy transforms industries and can be exported. Green hydrogen is better than fuels, coal, diesel and even battery electric vehicles in terms of sustainability and cost in the long run. It is especially suitable for industries and long-distance transport. Now making green hydrogen is more expensive (₹300–500/kg) compared to grey hydrogen (₹150–200/kg). There are also challenges with storage and infrastructure. However our approach to setting up production in clusters, production and using a digital platform solves many of these problems. Our plan is to start with pilot plants and partnerships (0–2 years) expand to multiple states and integrate with mobility (3–5 years). Eventually we plan to export 5–10 years). This is an opportunity, for growth supported by policy and can change the future. We are not just entering a market; we are replacing a fossil fuel system with a cleaner alternative.
