I began my journey as the Director/CEO of the firm on the 29th of March 2019 from Bangalore with the nature of business as metal traders from ore deposits to scrap, As our firm was blending in the market and learning from it, COVID-19 impacted the market like it was dead (no sales), This is the time as a director I learned choosing nature of business wisely is as important as making profits from it. After certain research and discussion within the family already involved and having expertise in the field, I was introduced to “TEA BUSINESS” with (10.69 billion USD) Indian market size with a forecast to reach (21.91 billion USD) by 2025. Having a global market size of nearly (200 billion USD). I decided to move to the Land of Tea “ASSAM” and learned more about the types of tea, tea gardens, tea manufacturing process everything needed to start the venture. With the help of a few, we have created a network merging small tea gardens from ASSAM, ARUNACHAL, DARJEELING we partnered with Tea Manufacturing Factory, We are capable to get the best tea leaves from the tea garden to the Factory and process them to the final rich quality blends of CTC, OOLONG, ORTHODOX tea powder and distribute at the Indian market from Bangalore Hub with competitive prices with the vision to scale our products globally. Tea is the second-highest liquid consumption right after water with a Demand against Supply ratio of 2:1. With certain Investments, we can build more Employment, Promote Make In INDIA and also close gaps, and introduce North-Eastern Culture to other parts of INDIA.
