MGEM Technologies Pvt. Ltd., has been incorporated in the year 2022 by founders Manish Chandra Maurya & Rakesh Kumar. Manish has a global experience of more than 25 years in the field of electronic goods, spares, and service and have travelled widely across the globe, especially China, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Hong Kong, Thailand and India. Manish has a vast experience in the field of electronic goods spares, service and repairs, and would like to bring the latest cutting-edge technology in India, at par with other leading countries. At present, the mobile and smartphone industry don’t have standardized service model, there is no standardization in the repairs, maintenance and service of used and old mobile and smartphones, further the customers and end users need to run from pillar to post once the warranty of the smartphones is over, and once the product goes end of sale, or end of support, the customers or end user have a nightmare to find the replacement of the product once the product goes end of sale or end of support by the manufacturer. There are many players in in local market running shops like a tea stall but most of the shops or local service centre don’t have standardized setup or quality check, further there is always a risk of data privacy, data theft and data loss from the smartphones, once the smartphone is given to the local shop for the service and repair of the smartphones, since most of the service centres are not trustworthy. MGEM Technologies Pvt. Ltd, aims to bring standardization in the field of service and repairs of the smartphone and plan to open around 5000 standard service centres in India, and bring across standardization in the service industry, especially in the mobile phone and smartphones industry. The company aims to focus on standardized service, AMC & maintenance of Smartphone (branded / non branded), & out of Warranty (OOW) products. The focus and aim are to cater to the masses, especially, end users, consumers, & Corporates, and to bring standardization in the service industry. The innovative idea incorporated by MGEM Technologies aim to bring disruption in the mobile and smartphone “Services” industry and to bring standardization in the Smartphone Services segment. Further, there is no e waste management policy for smartphone, tabs, feature phones, incorporated by CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board, New Delhi), rule 23 of which states as follows:- for rule 23, the following rule shall be substituted, namely: - “23. The collection, storage, transportation, segregation, refurbishment, dismantling, recycling and disposal of e-waste shall be in accordance with the guidelines published by the Central Pollution Control Board.”. The aim and focus of MGEM Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Is to authentic and genuine recycle of e-waste not limited to Laptops, Desktops, Smartphones, Feature phones, Printers, Monitors, smartphone accessories, but also to wide array of electronic goods and electronic accessories, which comes under the purview of disposal of E-waste policy of the Central Pollution Control Board, Govt. of India Our focus and aim is to provide e-waste management of big corporates, MNCs and big organizations.
