MGS Health & Wellness is Luxurious Holistic Health & Wellness Resort situated at Solan H P The aim of the project is to create an AYUSH Wellness Centre of excellence for prevention and management of life style disorders through natural medicine, Ayurveda, personalized nutrition, therapeutic yoga, weight management and integration of modern wellness science with ancient healing traditions. The location is strategically selected in the Shivalik Hills of Distt. Solan (H.P.) with elevation which helps avoid extreme temperatures/ climatic conditions and engulfed with natural scenic beauty of Shivalik / lower Himalayan Mountain ranges. The site provides open valley view to the guests besides tracking trails available in the vicinity of the location. The project cost is estimated at Rs. 10,554.17 Lakhs which was financed through Promoters contribution of Rs. 3,554.17 Lakh (including unsecured loans of Rs. 342.00 Lakh) and Term Loan of Rs. 7,000.00 Lakh from Indian Overseas Bank, Sector 32C Chandigarh.
