MGZ Edutech Private Limited, with its brand name MyGrowthZone, was incorporated with a vision to create training programs, experiences, and learning journeys for people from all walks of life to enhance the quality of their living. Quality of living has various parameters to it like relationships, financial abundance, communication, career progression, development, continuous learning, social connections, affiliations, health and wellness, and so on At the root of this is the right frame of mind, attitude, and positive outlook towards life. The founders of MyGrowthZone specialize in cutting-edge human technologies like Neuro Linguistic Programming, MBraining, and other coaching modalities. We also have a specialization in women and child rights which are designed to help create a better work environment and healthy atmosphere at home We have developed our own learning management system as one of our co-founders is an IT expert and through this learning management system and our own in-house video production capabilities, we are designing programs that can be easily consumed by audiences across the country to help them enhance their skills and bring about a complete transformation in their lives. We have created a complete program to help people neutralize their mother tongue accent and speak fluently with the right communication techniques so that they are able to succeed in whatever careers they choose. Next in the pipeline is a program on training teachers. As a part of our social responsibility as well as our research we have trained several teachers in techniques of Neuro Linguistic Programming so that when they take these techniques in their classroom and apply them in their everyday teaching, they are likely to create a large positive impact on their students. When this program is ready teachers from anywhere in the country will be able to access it through the learning management system and this is likely to create an exceptionally large positive impact on the next generation. As part of our corporate social responsibility, we have conducted special training programs for jail inmates, teachers at government schools, and victims of verbal or physical abuse Our vision for the company is to grow the team larger and develop new technology-based products using artificial intelligence and natural language processing to create intuitive products that will require minimal intervention from the trainer or facilitator. This will include the use of intelligent bots scenario-based training methodologies and new training and coaching protocols that will raise the standard of learning, improve the efficacy of what is being taught in the classroom and create measurable lasting change for the students.
