Introduction We are in the process of developing a system for MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference & Events) which will give solutions to thousands of corporates/travel agency to get the proposal or rates from Hotels/Suppliers/Travel agencies/Airlines/Transporters (coach/car company) in 1/3 efforts in compare of today’s time. This process would be flow less and less time-consuming, at the same time corporates/User/Travel Agent would be able to communicate with more suppliers and the End clients (corporate) would be able to send their RFQs (Request for Quotation) to multiple vendors in one click. Problem as of now Corporates MICE query/inquiry are floated to their vendors but it takes longer time due to multiple requirements in single function like high volume of rooms, multiple event or meeting venues, multiple travel hub and their arrivals, different agendas of difference department, multiple meal plans and sightseeing. It takes lots of time and mails to compile the rates for all these services and then need to choose the vendor which has offered the lowest rates as per their RFQs (Request for Quotation). Now here our portal comes…. Our Solution Once the RFQs is uploaded in our system, rates from multiple vendors would be compiled at one platform where all the comparisons of rates & services can be measured online and the order can be given to L1 (Lowest rates offered) supplier. Benefit This will save lots of time and multiple mails, this will help in generating reports for corporate in no time. Data would be stored in their portal for a longer run, which will help them to analyse their budgets for particular MICE activities in the future. Once order is closed with supplier this will help in execution too of MICE activities. How Process works MICEcafe online portal will have the general data of all the hotels in India (at the primary stage) like their all guest rooms, all meeting places (indoor and outdoor event venues), Event Stage setup (suitable for their particular function or meeting) with the base price, restaurants, transport companies, Airlines, sightseeing details and rates etc. Which would be available for Users to check and put their requirements in MICEcafe Online portal and get the rates from vendors in very less time.
