In their own words

Our Startup provides one-of-its kind battery operated cattle milking machine in India. This machine does not operate on electricity, requires no set up cost, is extremely affordable and uses best- in- class material. The machines are designed keeping the convenience & affordability of the average Indian dairy farmer, as well as the comfort & hygiene of cattle in mind. It solves the problems of the farmer like: 1. Low Productivity India’s productivity per animal is significantly lower than global standards (average 1777kg vs. global average of 2699kg per animal per year). One of the major factors is suboptimal milking techniques. 2. Quality Control Many dairy farmers lack awareness of proper hygiene practices, leading to contamination of milk with bacteria, and other harmful substances. Poor storage practices also contribute to the deterioration of milk quality. 3. Expensive Machines & Reliance on Electricity Small and marginal dairy farmers cannot afford to invest in advanced dairy technology which are expensive, reliant on electricity and have a high set up and maintenance cost. 4. Lack of Skilled Manpower A lot of dairy households are dependent on skilled labour for milking and pay monthly wages for hiring their services. However, there is a shortage of skilled workers in this sector. 5. Animal Welfare Concerns Many dairy animals are subjected to unethical treatment. In manual milking, the cow’s legs are tied to avoid kicking. Existing machines operate above prescribed standards in terms of suction pressure which severely impact the teats of dairy animals. Benefits of our milking machine: 1. Affordability and Flexibility The machine is extremely affordable and the cheapest in this segment making it accessible for marginalised farmers. Unlike traditional milking parlours that require fixed infrastructure, these machines are portable and can be set up anywhere on the farm. This flexibility is particularly beneficial in remote or off-grid areas with limited access to electricity, allowing dairy farmers to operate efficiently. Our milking machines are designed to optimize energy consumption, maximizing battery life. Advanced power management systems ensure that energy is utilized efficiently during milking sessions and prolonging battery life. 2. Low Maintenance Requirements The machine is easy to use, does not require the farmer to have a technical know-how and depend upon technicians. Unlike conventional milking equipment that require regular servicing and upkeep, these machines have minimal moving parts and simplified maintenance procedures. This translates to massive cost savings and increased uptime for dairy operations. Dairy is the single-largest agri-commodity in India. It contributes 5% to the national economy and employs 80 million dairy farmers directly. Our machine can boost milk productivity around 14% compared to manual milking. It can increase an average dairy farmer's income up to 50%.

What we do not know

We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.
